There is NO facilities other than a freezing pool. Front desk staff is not professional using their cellphones at the desk instead of helpings guests, the hotel had ZERO security allowing anyone and everyone into the property and I'm the elevators as you didn't have to offer your room key for anything. We ended up with charges to our room that were not authorized and couldn't prove it. The whole hotel was rundown.

The images of the room made it appear larger than what it was. I reserved a King Suite but the bed definitely felt Queen sized. Other than that the hotel is nice but in a congested area.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. Upon walking in i was greeted. The food and drinks was good. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Next trip to Charlotte NC this will be my hotel choice.

Hotel lobby is clean and nice. Breakfast is decent.The staff is friendly. We were on the 6th floor. Rooms are smaller than I thought and carpets are old. Nice quiet area close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel parking isn’t great. It is shared with another hotel right across the main entrance. Pool is small. Can use some updates. Overall, I give this hotel 4 stars. It is decent.

It’s always a pleasure staying at any Embassy Suites but this place by far exceeding my expectations with their customer service, great personality in the bar area and quality of food they served. I truly love this location.

Great stay
The stay was amazing. Julia was the nicest receptionist I’ve came across! She was such a great help and fun to be around and talk to. In the 2bedroom suite the actual bedroom was hot no matter how much we turned the AC down. The sitting area was always a lot cooler. Overall it’s a great hotel and the one I always choose when visiting charlotte.
