Great!
Overall it was a great stay. Staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door. The complementary breakfast was nice. The only negative is our fridge was unplugged when we got to the room and we had leftovers we needed to put in it. Other than that, we will definitely stay here again

Overall the stay was good however the sofa bed was not clean. When opening the sofa bed there were stains on the mattress and the sheet was dirty. Someone’s ear buds were also in it so you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned

Sky Suites has great potential. Lobby area is very nice and our room was remodeled, clean and spacious. However they are in the process of remodeling and we were awaken at 8:30 on Sunday morning by construction workers remodeling the room above us. There were huge holes in the glass windows outside on the first floor that made it look abandoned. All doors required key cards which did make us feel safe. Breakfast was minimal but the waffles were delicious! This will be a fabulous place when completed.

Every time I need to travel Charlotte North Carolina CLT Sky is my number 1 Hotel to stay. Never had problems and staff is nice and always there to help with everything. I recommend this Hotel.

Not so good
The room was dirty and had a smell. We were only there to sleep one night so, no complaint was made. Breakfast was very very slim and there was no coffee when I went down and no creamer options. I hope they are in the process of renovations because the location was amazing for going to the Bank of America stadium.
