The Space: IIndulge in the allure of the Holy City with a stay at 'The Elton,' our inviting 2nd-floor condo thoughtfully designed for smaller groups or families of up to four guests. Featuring two bedrooms and two full baths, this charming retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.

Upon arrival, ascend the stairs to enter the inviting open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, where you'll find a welcoming space for shared meals and cozy movie nights in front of the new HDTV. The fully stocked kitchen, while lacking an oven, is equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay.

The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom, offering added privacy and convenience. Adjacent to the master, the second bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. A shared full bathroom is conveniently located for easy access from both bedrooms.

With one designated parking space included, you can explore the wonders of the Holy City with ease from 'The Elton.' Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure your stay is nothing short of memorable, offering you the perfect home base for your Charleston adventures.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.
 -$15 per person: Sunday through Thursday
- $30 per person: Friday and Saturdays

*On-site luggage storage is available for $10 per bag.

first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

Great location
The property is close to a lot of attrations and shopping but also far enough away from all the crowds and noise. Directly beside Holey City Bagels, which i highly recommend. The property was very nice and clean. Only negatives were no dishwasher or washer/dryer. Also yhe temperature was hard to maintain in all the rooms

Very nice and convenient to the downtown. Parking was the only drawback. We had two cars and parking on the street you had to move one car every 24 hours. A nearby lot was $45 for a day.

Cute with Convenient Location
Clean, cute, and close to Upper King Street. The parking did get a little hectic because there was a funeral and it got very full, but we worked around it. The bagel shop next door is delicious.
