Villa Panorama is nestled on a hill side, the villa enjoys incredible views of Souda bay and offers full privacy to our guests. Located next to Sternes village and only a five minutes drive away from the well known sandy beaches of Marathi and Loutraki, the villa poses an excellent holiday base and allows you to make the most out of your holiday in Crete.
Layout
Villa Panorama is a two-storey villa, where each floor is totally independent, having its own entrance. The property covers 230 m2 and can accommodate 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and up to 14 guests if necessary. Decorated in neutral tones with white being the dominant colour, Villa Panorama emits a genuine summer feeling, while the contemporary furniture promise comfort and relaxation.
Ground Floor
The ground floor living room consists of two sofas, 55" HDTV and audio system, A/C and a football table. The seating area also opens up to the pool terrace, equipped with an outdoor siting area. Furthermore, a round dining table for 5 and a fully equipped kitchen can be found on the open plan space of the ground floor. The whole floor enjoys magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding area, thanks to the wide windows all around it. Moreover, two of the bedrooms are located on this level, one of which has a king bed (1,60 x 2,00) and direct access to the pool area. The second one offers two single beds (0,80 x 2,00) which may be joined to create a king bed upon request. Finally, a shared bathroom with shower cabin and a washing machine is also available.
First Floor
Entering the villa on the first floor, you will you find a spacious and bright open plan area consisted of an additional living room, indoor dining area and fully equipped kitchen, all with direct access to a spacious veranda. The living room features a large comfortable sofa, 65" HDTV with Playstation 5 and a fireplace ideal for family moments. Next to the living room, guests can find an additional dining area for 14 guests, which communicates with the kitchen. The second fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials for a self catered holiday and your family meals, as well as a breakfast counter for 4. The whole area is sunny and airy, thanks to the large windows and enjoys beautiful sea views. The first floor veranda is equipped with an outdoor living room and ping pong table, overlooking the pool area and offering amazing views of Souda Bay and offers access to the pool terrace through a staircase. Additionally located on the first floor are the three remaining bedrooms of Villa Panorama, all with en-suite bathrooms with hydromassage showers. Two bedrooms have king beds (1,60 x 2,00) and one bedroom has two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) which may be joined to create a king upon request. Two of the first floor bedrooms are also equipped with fold out stools that can accommodate one guest each. Lastly, there is a family bathroom featuring a bathtub and a second washing machine.
Outdoor Area
The whole outdoor area of Villa Panorama is complemented by the stunning sea views if offers and is totally private, allowing to unwind in peace. The outdoor facilities specifically include:
- A 33 sq.m. private swimming pool, 1,30-1,45 m. deep with step access, that can also be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay (please note that the pool heating requires at least one weeks advance notice). The pool terrace is equipped with 12 sun beds, 4 umbrellas, an outdoor shower and a lovely hammock, a garden swing, as well as several seating spots, including sofas and armchairs.
- Spacious lawn covered areas around the pool are ideal for the kids to play and also for adults to relax. A meditation and relaxation spot offers yoga equipment, as well as a massage table, so you can keep your body and mind active. Massages can be arranged upon request with an additional charge.
- A sports field will keep you on your toes, offering football nets and a basketball hoop. Dont miss the chance to challenge your loved ones in a friendly game!
- A cosy cinema spot is also available at the garden, featuring a 75 TV and seating area with floor cushions and a sofa.
-Fully equipped charcoal barbecue facilities with outdoor sink and small fridge are available under a pergola, above the pool, also offering a table for 8, perfect for al fresco dining. Two more dining/seating areas are also available outdoors.
-Parking space for 2-3 cars is available within the Villa premises..
-The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a gated entrance, offering 100% privacy to our guests.
