I recently booked a stay at this hotel for my friends and family through Expedia, which clearly stated that the reservation was for 4 adults. However, upon arrival, we were told by the front desk staff that only 3 guests were allowed and that we had to pay an additional 900 pesos for the fourth guest. This is a total scam!
The pictures on Expedia are completely misleading. The actual condition of the hotel is far worse than what is shown online. The rooms were dirty, the amenities were lacking, and the overall environment was extremely disappointing.
If I could rate this hotel negatively, I would. It’s frustrating to feel deceived by both the hotel and the booking platform. I would strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere for accommodation to avoid similar disappointment and hidden charges.

The air-conditioning system at the front desk wasn't working.
It seems so old,the toilet is dirty,the reception was rude and unfriendly .Strictly for 2 persons only if exceeding 2 persons must pay 450 per head. Shower has extremely low water flow .I do not recommend this hotel .You can still find many affordbale and nice hotels nearby.
Hotel condition bad,towels are really so stained ,the white color looks brown,linens are the same ,no glasses in the room for water,staffs are excellent,overall I will not recommend this place
The stay was excellent. The only problem was at check in.
I booked the hotel for my family members in The Philippines but I was not with them. So there was a problem at check in. I had to overcome this by sending an email to the hotel authorising the family members to book in under my name. Otherwise, everything was alright.
We left early because the area was not safe, locks on room door didn’t work well, poor internet, no safe in the room, refrigerator was dirty and then they charged extra for lay drying the bedsheets We had booked 3 days but cancelled after the first night and had to forfeit the other days that we stayed.
Do not recommend staying here
First I was given a room with a massive pillar in it. Can barely move in the room, couldn't believe shower where you can't even keep the soap. blocked shower, loud and noisy aircon. Room service felt bad for me and moved to a good room Stayed for week. Serive staff were good and looked after me well.
The last stay with my mom! Her biggest complained was the room smell soo bad and not clean. #506. Terrible! Her First and second stay was awesome room was clean and spacious!
