We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet—perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. The beds, linens and pillows were excellent. The amenities were a nice touch, such as tooth brush and suppliers were nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Negatives would be noisy area with all the construction and an ice machine on each floor would be convenient. Overall a great experience

Staff was very friendly all the time not just once or twice ! Very safe location with lots of meeting areas ! Business center is professional and very comfortable location to do work ! Also has private conference area as well! Property is the largest of many of the hotels in the area with convenient access to SM City Mall. Close access to the Ferry system as well ! Close to many other malls and Ocean park ! Buffet is good and the staff their very nice ! Staff in bar area also very nice and attentive ! All in all great place to stay !! In my opinion one of the best places to stay in Cebu !

The Radisson Blu exceeded all expectations. We arrived very late due a flight delay (around 2 AM) and the check-in was very smooth. The room was perfect and we slept very well. We enjoyed a superb breakfast/brunch in the Hotel later that morning. The pool was awesome, the mall was literally across the street, and the staff were all the absolute best!

Went to Feria Restaurant for a “Wine Buffet “ with my husband. 2 out of score. Area for improvement: - Value for money on Wine Buffet did not meet our expectations. Wine offered were limited to the cheapest type of wine, which did not satisfy our palate. - Would have been renamed as “ Bottomless Wine” instead of “Wine Buffet”. Quite misleading. Other than that, very satisfied with the room, service and cleanliness of the hotel.

I booked a 4 night stay at the Radisson Blu Cebu. I found the hotel very convenient for activities in the area and it is near the SM city and Seaside malls and has great taxi access. I did not get a chance to explore the pool amenities as it was during typhoon and the wind and rain was intolerable for swimming so accanot speak to that. I will say my main issues were the service. The hotel room was fine but the hot water was not working several times when I wanted to take an early shower, I called the operator and a tech came up and confirmed it was working which is fine. The second issue is they ran out of towels for our room after coming back from a day trip and sweaty we had a note showing that the hotel "ran out" of towels. Had to call and get these. The hotel is supposed to be a 5 star level yet it seems the basics are not available all the time such as clean linens. I also ran into issues using their Breakfast buffer which is quite nice, a bit steep at $2400 php for 2 people, it seems the discount for staying at the hotel is not equally applied. Also they harass you while eating to quickly pay the bill which is embarrassing for us customers who prefer to pay out cash. I will say the final issue I had was with my checkout experience on 10/25/2024. I had a 500 php laundry bill that I told the checkout agent Gerrick about, he took my card and applied the charges which includes some small items from the mini bar in room, and was told I am all good to go. The hotel lobby was under renovation so that is a bad first impression the staff was very business like trying to rush everything the only dinning area was very limited in terms of food and the service at the lobby bar was more than terrible the room was very nice

The property is really nice, however there was a weird smell in our room. We advised the front desk about it and they first offered to have the cleaning crew check it out before we would get transferred. At this point, we were settled in so transferring wasn't really an option. The staff was friendly overall, however we had just visited a different hotel where we felt the difference in staff quality as far as overall friendliness
