Great hotel. Definitely met my expectations and more. The location is quite convenient and only a short ride from/to the airport. The close proximity to the ocean is also another major advantage as you can walk onto the bocagrande beach in 2 mins. Dining options are a bit limited at the hotel. But plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was also another one of my most favorite places at this hotel. So was 51 Sky Bar.

El hotel es muy bello y grandioso tiene una vista espectacular pero en nuestro último día desde la mañana había construcción en un piso de arriba o alguna habitación de al lado. Ese ruido era insoportable, me dio dolor de cabeza llame en 2 ocasiones al customer service y realmente no solucionaron nada y para completar era un día sábado… del resto todo muy bien

Yhe hotel was great overall, however did have issue with water pressure in the shower. Shower had very little water pressure. Also suggestion would be to have a coffee maker in the room

Towels provided felt like sandpaper. Understaffed at breakfast - took forever to get coffee and only one employee was working the first line of food and you had to wait until she served everyone. Wi-Fi was very spotty at the pool area and even went out several times (albeit, for a very short period). Security is good, but mostly unpleasant. Breakfast was decent, but desperately requires more options (particularly veggie options).
