Hotel was fine, Staff were good, breakfast was nice. I found the rooms a bit cold looking with the grey decor. Nothing wrong with the hotel at all just not really my cup of tea.

Property was extremely clean and felt luxurious without having to pay the money of other establishments. The front desk team were very amicable. My only criticism would be that my hotel room was directly opposite the management office which could get very very noisy at times.

Overall was ok. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for cleanliness or space. We got a room for three adults and there was a double and a single bed but it was so small. There was hardly any space to move around as well this the bathroom was extremely small. Shower wasn’t great. Hand wash was there but broken so we had to go out and buy one. Was a lot of dust everywhere and the carpets need to be refreshed as there was gum stuck. Too much dust considering it should have been cleaned for us. Staff were lovely especially Chris - was extremely helpful with our requests. Location is great as it’s right next to the station and city centre.
