We only stopped a night enroute from north Wales. Excellent location. Walked from the Railway Station. Plenty of eateries/pubs/ coffee bars etc around Room was good. Extra bonus not seen often was the coffee machine. Including a decaf pod 👍

We had an internal room and found it very Claustrophobic asked a lady in reception if we could up grade the room as I didn’t like we didn’t have much of a window. We couldn’t fault them they moved us room with no issues to a very large corner room with double windows .. so helpful the room was amazing Also had sky and coffee machine Supper clean room Would highly recommend this hotel

Excellent location. Parked at station which was just a few minutes walk away. Easy walk to the centre for restaurants . Very close to the arena so only took a few minutes to walk there and back. Room was good. Very clean. Staff very friendly. A great stay. Would recommended highly.

Stayed for one night as a spur of the moment whilst in Wales. Check in was very nice and quick. Room was clean and had the standard amenities provided and though near a main road junction I couldn't hear any noise from outside. Very close to the centre so you have plenty of options for shopping and eating out. I recommend going to Bill's for breakfast as the pancakes and the porridge is just stellar and a great way to start the day.

Pleasant stay in Cardiff
This was a great location for exploring the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the room would benefit from having a proper deep clean and an update refurb as it's a bit dated. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was very good.

For a 30th Birthday Celebration, it was really disappointing. I had contacted the hotel prior to our stay to see if there could be any added touches or if we could have 3 single beds instead of a double and this did not happen. Everything in the room was catered for 2 people staying and not 3 as paid for, inc towels, pillows, water, cups etc. The bathroom was also fairly disgusting. Filthy toilet and all around the underneath of the toilet too. Hairs in the shower/bath and generally very unclean. Really disappointed.

Check in staff very friendly and helpful.We stayed for 2 nights, but under separate bookings. This caused a bit of confusion as we didn't want to change rooms and check out then back in again. Thankfully, the staff sorted this out for us. No parking at this hotel, but only 5 mins walk to Cardiff central station so we parked there. Restaurant was fully booked, but we had a drink and the barman was very polite and cheerful. Only issue we had was my daughter stepping on some glass in our room. Thankfully only a small cut and a manger came to ours room with disinfectant and plasters. Have stayed here before and would again as it in a perfect location for what we wanted

Breakfast is awful, the eggs are severely overcooked and bitter. Potatoes really dry and taste of nothing. Orange slices were dry and tasteless. The doors are really loud from other rooms on floor 5. Room is very nice though, clean warm and the bathroom is set up well.

Booked last minute.. for family reason's... so was very impressive..It was booked for myself and my 2 daughter's..one daughter lives in Wales..Due to family upset. One of my daughter's had to leave early so only stayed one night and breakfast. Would be greatfull if you would look in to this for posable refund for one night and breakfast.. Thankyou (one person)
