Was very pleased with the hotel and would stay again. If I was being a bit picky I would have to say the shower isn’t very good more of a drizzle than a shower but for one night I could let that go

Dear [Hotel Manager's Name or "Sir/Madam"], I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding our stay at the Clayton Hotel Cardiff on April 13, 2024. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply unsatisfactory due to the power outage that occurred early on the morning of April 14. This outage caused significant disruptions, especially as I was warming milk for my 18-month-old baby niece. Without electricity, she was left crying inconsolably, and we had no way to prepare her food or milk. Additionally, we were unable to eat our breakfast at the hotel due to the lack of power, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, we had to check out that morning, and because the elevators were not operational, we were forced to carry a baby in a pram and two suitcases down the stairs from the fourth floor. This was a highly stressful and exhausting experience. As the lack of electricity severely impacted our stay, and we were unable to fully utilize the services we paid for, I am requesting a full refund for the inconvenience and distress caused. Stayed here a few times. This was the first time staying with friends in a triple room. It's so nice to find a property that has 3 single beds! Room wasnt all that large considering it was for 3. However,.it was very clean and comfortable. It was modern and had all the amenities we could want. The bathroom was spacious and the water was very hot! The staff were very friendly and helpful. as always would be happy to return!
