For a budget Airport hotel, the rooms were good, the staff were very helpful, and breakfast was quite good and reasonably priced. A very good option for an overnight stop, close to the Cape Town Airport

Next time I'll find another option--clean but meh
There is NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE despite what the listing says. They send you a number that you can use to book. We took an uber which was fine. The aircon was so loud it was like being next to a plane engine so I slept with the window open. There's no elevator so if you're on floor 2 (as I was) you lug your stuff up and down the stairs. There is no bottle of water in the room, you have to use a vending machine or buy one from the restaurant. That is ridiculously cheap!! I'm a frequent traveller and not usually too picky but it was not a good stay. While the rooms are small and mostly clean, I'll explore other options next time.

I had a major problem trying to book a taxi back to the airport but the young lady on reception sorted this for me and I am so grateful to her. All the staff were absolutely brilliant and the hotel was clean and tidy and I thoroughly recommend it and them!

The property was adequate. It was not competing with the Ritz, so good value for money. The staff were excellent and we enjoyed the meal in the dining room. The grounds however were very disappointing , full of rubbish and uninspiring. Many points for being close to the airport

Great staff, decent breakfast selections. Accessing the airport in Cape Town after hours is tricky. I suggest the hotel publish a map of how to get to CPT after hours when the closest access road gate is closed! Google maps was no help, guiding us to the employees parking lot where there is no access to departures!

The property functioned well enough for a one night stay close to the airport. It is somewhat run down. But this is compensated by a low price. So it's for for purpose. We were surprised that is it doesn't have a lift.

A perfectly acceptable near airport hotel. I would have given it 5 had there been a reasonable way to walk to the airport. We ended up getting a ride from a car service for R150 for the 4 minute drive.

Great for a fly-through
The hotel served our needs perfectly--an overnight stay between flights. It's proximity to the airport is great for transitioning travelers. The room was a bit dated but comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had lots of variety and was tasty. Would stay again if flying through Cape Town and needed a quick overnight.

The staff are not responsive with the exclusion of the security personnel who were both very helpful. Not able to control the heater from inside the room was not helpful and not providing at least soap and complimentary water was not too great

We arrived at Cape Town airport at 21:00 hrs. having set off from the UK at 06:00 hrs. collected our hire car then a two minute drive to hotel with secure parking, help with our luggage a quick check in small but functional room spotlessly clean room and washing facilities the towels quality was good comfortable beds so a good nights sleep. The standard of breakfast was poor and we won’t use it again
