Not a four star experience. More like 1 star
This hotel experience was bad from start to finish. We made a confirmed booking via hotels.com but received an email from the hotel 3 days before saying if we did not pay for the room within 6 hours the booking would be cancelled. We tried to pay via phone and email, doing everything we were asked, but received no confirmation of payment despite repeatedly asking. We arrived after a 6000 mile journey not kowing if we had a room or not. Upon arrival we were asked to pay and were allocated a room, 625. This room had no windows to the outside, broken aircon and a tiny fan that made no difference to the stifling heat in the room. In addition the shower walls were covered in black mould making showering a very unpleasant experience.

the place is very nice and quiet. The Staff are very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are cleaned daily which is very hygienic. The dining is very spacious as well.

Good for a one night when your flight gets cancelled. Kitchen area smelled bad. I call this on par with a motel 6. Breakfast was great and so was staff and Mr G who helped us with our bags.

The water was lukewarm. The shower door wouldn’t close properly. It was not clean at all, there were hairs all over. We had to fight just to get an iron. Overall a terrible experience
