Enjoy a very nice villa in Cannes with a beautiful sea view close to the beaches and the Croisette.
The house is very spacious 160m², large living room with picture windows with sea view, terraces, pool and BBQ.
In Cannes 'Croix des Gardes', in the ultra-protected Green Zone in Cannes, Villa California is a little paradise overlooking the sea ,, 3 bedrooms, two with en-suite bathroom, a lounge with plasma TV, pool sunbathing, beautiful terraces with a palm tree, an olive, lemon, orange and laurel flowers, a beautiful terrace in the shade for lunch or a nap, wifi internet access, panoramic terrace.
The Villa is located in a private street with no traffic.

1° level the living room, dining room (table seats 10 people)

The north side terrace is covered and accessible from the kitchen and the main entrance; it is also equipped with a large table and chairs.

Nice place to stay
Villa with beautiful garden, terrace and pool facing the bay of Cannes. Spacious, clean and well equipped house. Good location in Cannes although you need a car to get to the city center. Friendly neighbours and easy to get in touch with the owner when needed. We (family of five people) had a nice holiday week in the villa and can recommend a stay here.

Flott feriehus
Huset ligger gangavstand fra sentrum, dog litt bratt vei opp til huset. Huset var fint og moderne innredet med alt man trenger av redskaper. Flott utsikt mot havet og i et rolig område. Siden vi kommer fra Nord-Norge var det varmt uten aircondisjon, men det var satt inn vifter på alle soverom. Vi var i huset i midten av juli og 13 dager. Huset anbefales for en familie eller vennegjeng og vi hadde det utrulig fint. Verten var rask og svare på spørsmål og kommunikasjonen var god.

Abgewohntes schmutziges Haus mit Meerblick.
Die untere Etage war stark von Schimmel befallen und nicht ohne Gesundheitsrisiko bewohnbar. Der Vermieter hat nur auf Nachdruck und mittels Rechtshilfe reagiert. Wir sind alternativ in ein Hotel gezogen. Das gesamte Objekt ist ungepflegt unsauber und teilweise stark abgewohnt. Keine Klimaanlage, lediglich kleine, alte Ventilatoren. Vorsicht vor einem vermeintlichem Schnäppchenpreis! Die Bilder stellen nicht den wirklichen Zustand dar.

Heel leuk huis op mooie plek
Het boeken was eenvoudig. Contact met eigenaar verloopt snel, hij reageert onmiddellijk op vragen. Sleutel werd overhandigd door buren. Het huis is compleet ingericht. Het zwembad is niet heel erg groot maar zorgt voor heerlijke verkoeling. Je kunt zelfs vanaf huis naar strand of boulevard van Cannes lopen. Terug naar huis kan dan voor enkelen een te zware beklimming zijn. De laatste honderd meter zijn best stijl. Wij hebben geen min punten voor dit huis.

Ferienhaus Cannes
Wir (vier Erwachsene, ein Kind) verbrachten zwei schöne Woche in Cannes. Das Ferienhaus war wie inseriert. Es war sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen mit PKW-Abstellplatz innerhalb der Umzäunung. Mit schönem Blick aufs Mittelmeer und die vor Anker liegenden Kreuzfahrtschiffe. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Pool ist super und zum alleinigen Gebrauch. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 15 Min bis zum Strand, dann ist man allerdings schon mitten im Geschehen. Mit dem PKW nicht viel weniger (Parkplatz!). Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist sollte trotzdem den PKW nehmen, da der Weg zeitweise bis zu 20 % Gefälle/Steigung hat. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes das Internet im Haus nicht funktioniert hat. Aber vielleicht war das für die Erholung auch ganz gut.

Magnifique vacances
Très belle villa avec vue sur la mer sans vis à vis au calme absolu. La villa est spacieuse bien équipée. En tout point conforme à l'annonce. Grande terrasse avec piscine très agréable. A proximité du centre de Cannes et des plages (5 mn en voiture). Propriétaire très sympathique disponible et joignable à tout moments. Je recommande cette location.

Wir waren diesen Sommer mit unseren Teenagern für 1 Woche in diesem Haus. Es ist wunderschön gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer. Ruhige Lage und nette Nachbarn. Es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert, das Haus ist geräumig, die Terrassen sensationell und der Pool erfrischend. Wir haben es genossen. Patrick
