Overpriced for the deluxe room for bed only. No bigger than a budget hotel room. Bland, Plain decor in the bedroom but a lovely bathroom. Water taps ‘squealed’ when turning on? No bath robes or fridge. Disappointing for a 5 star hotel?

Our hotel room was stunning, we had a bath! We received superb service from the staff and the breakfast, cocktails and whiskey were delicious. We loved the bar on the 23rd floor! Would definitely stay again, easy walk to all the shops, pubs, Christmas market. Very tasteful decor :)

A really lovely hotel with most staff being superb, marked down slightly due to the staff in the first floor bar that were pretty lacking, had to remind them two evenings running that we have been waiting a long time & still didn’t have our drinks but they weren’t bothered so the second evening when the same happened we left to go elsewhere. Overall this is a really lovely hotel & all the reception area staff were friendly & super helpful.

Disappointing overall
Booked a 1 night stay in a Deluxe Double Room. To begin with, we had an issue with the Iron provided in the room as the plug wasn't functional with wiring exposed, which looked like a safety hazard. A replacement was requested which took around 45 minuted to be provided. We had also ordered a bucket of ice to cool our drinks as there was no fridge, but after an hour of waiting this never arrived. Although the residents bar on the first floor was busy, the service was particularly slow, having to wait over 30 minutes for our 2 drinks to be made. We visited the Observatory Bar, at which point we were sat in the corner beside the window. We sat for around 20 minutes and nobody approached us within this time to take our order or ask if we needed anything else. On a positive note, the bedroom was clean and comfortable. The staff were also friendly and welcoming when checking in.
