The property offers a very good room value however the carpets (3rd floor at least) could use replacement as it is very uneven. This particular suite had a very annoying shower which attempted to provide a lot of cool amenities - rainshower head, steam - but all contained in a phone booth sized shower stall. Nice but very impractical. The service was excellent and while parking was a little difficult, it was secure and indoors. The location is but a short drive to the core of Canmore as are most places.

The restaurant at the hotel was hands down the highlight of our stay, from the cleanliness, the excellent service; extremely kind and attentive staff to the delicious food- which came fast! The room, although we were warned did not have the best view: still had a mountain view, was clean and comfortable and looked newly renovated. We highly recommend staying here! And definitely try the restaurant!

Wonderful overall
Place was cozy including bed and wonderful fireplace. Shower was acceptable, and laundry was a great feature complete with detergent. Missing a dryer sheet though! Dishwasher was broken which was disappointing but not a game changer. Our biggest complaint was that the tv channels were extremely limited. A smart tv so we could stream our own content would’ve been so good. Also, onsite restaurant food was great and the inclusion of bear spray rental in the hotel fee was perfect too. All in all a great stay. Just do better with tv! 🙂

The room was modern with a vaulted ceiling. Very nice. Great pool for kids. The check-in staff was rude. I had to give them proof of my 4pm check in time as they said my room would not be ready till 5pm. Eventually they agreed to honour my paperwork. Rude. Also check out is 10 am. I find this too early.

Loved our stay in a clean spacious suite. Only slight difficulties were trying to find a parking space in the underground parking garage and our coffee pot didn’t seem to work properly.

Lively room & excellent amenities but extremely hard to find in the dark. Even with gps drive around for some time to find even the front door. Signage at the back of the building would help greatly, as that is where gps lead us. NO signs there at all!!

This was a beautiful place to stay!! It was clean and comfortable (even the pull out bed was comfortable!), and there was a restaurant off the lobby so we didn't have to leave the property to eat!!
