The under ground garage for parking was really nice. However it was tight parking with large SUV. Pool and Hot tub were clean. Staff was friendly and never heard other guests. Would stay again.

Amazingly Helpful Front Desk Staff - Comfy Beds
I stayed attending a conference in Banff and my wife and daughter came for one night of the two to get away and swim in their outdoor pool. The room was smaller that I thought but very clean, nice amenties and very comfortable beds. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We were having issues streaming Netflix from my phone and they came to our room and helped find the solution to connect. The heated swimming pool and hot tub made a great after dinner relax.

Property is right off the #1 Hwy. Underground parking is the only parking. Street is full of parked cars by residents who live on this street. Suite was clean fresh fully outfitted with kitchen. Room was quiet and hwy traffic a non issue. Enjoyed our three nights at this property.

We honeymooned here recently & loved the convenience to get to Banff. We had an original room by the pool, louder than we wanted for our honeymoon & they were able to move us the next night away from the pool to a wonderful room. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. We will be back!
