Passamos 10 noites no hotel, no geral foi uma boa estadia, funcionarios sempre muito solicitos e educados. Os quartos e banheiro sao muito pequenos, a cama simplestemente pessima! Nao recomendo este hotel para quem ira passar varias noites, vale a pena para uma ou duas noites pelo custo beneficio.

Very dirty. Hair in the bed, mold around the sink. Did not want to sleep in the bed. Lobby carpet looks as not been vacuumed.

Foi minha primeira vez me hospedando em um Íbis. E confesso que fiquei decepcionado. O quarto era bastante simples. Acabamento bem barato. A cama confortável porém fiquei espantado em ver que não havia um Edredom ou manta no quarto. Tive que ir buscar na recepção. Não tinha nenhuma pessoa para levar. Tudo isso porque a idea do Íbis e de ser um “Budget Hotel” hotel barato. Porém não foi tão barato assim. Há outros hotéis na região que oferecem melhores serviços pelo mesmo preço.

Hotel precisando urgente de reformulação, roupas de cama menores que o tamanho do colchão, travesseiros muito velhos e de qualidade muito inferior. Limpeza do restaurante deixando muito a desejar todos os dias no café da manhã. Bandeira ÍBIS é escolhida por manter o mesmo padrão no mundo inteiro, porém o de Americana precisa de um olhar especial urgente.
