We booked the hotel specifically for the pool and water slide. We found out when we arrived the pool is closed until September. Our grandkids were very disappointed. I think it should be made clear when booking that the pool is out of order.

good value, but some flaws
still had that new hotel smell. comfy bed, but metal bed stand was noisy if kicked. nice air conditioner, but noisy sometimes. shower was wheelchair accessible, it leaked. nice stay, but not perfect. good value for a Calgary / mountain / Kananaskis stay; especially if you have kids.

This hotel is a lot nicer than most in the area. Won’t be staying anywhere else! Only downside is that the parking lot is very small.
