Website says laundry which usually means clients can do laundry in pay machines. But they mean that the staff will dry clean your clothes the next day. Not helpful if you’re only staying one night. We had to drive 3 miles and the laundromat was horrible and filthy!! Went to swim in the pool the next morning and found half of it was sectioned off for swim lessons until 2 pm. The other half was full of kids using the slide. No microwave unless you asked for it!! Really surprised at this quality from a Radisson!!

I really like the customer service here. The girl in reception is very helpful, friendly and kind. When I asked her about the way to Calgary downtown, she even wrote down all the nice places on piece of paper and try to compare the price between Taxi and Uber to take to best deal for me. I really enjoy my trip with Raddison! It’s such a good experience!

The Hotel had an event (wedding) that had extremely loud music. Loud enough that it was shaking. We could not sleep at all, even with my wife using ear plugs. I called the office 4 times, they said they couldn't do anything, wouldn't even suggest to at least ask them to turn down volume or move us. Finally by midnight we started to pack as we decided we had to leave and drive home. I contacted the office the final time, and told me to give them 5 minutes, so I did. The music stopped, but it was already past midnight. Of course the manager wasn't there, so I got her card and called her on the first weekday, Tuesday, explained the situation to the desk person, They said they will get the manager to call me back. She DIDN'T. I wasn't going to give a bad review until I talked to the manager, but alas no cooperation equals bad review. It basically spoiled my get away present to my wife for our anniversary. I will not ever go to this hotel again, or any other Radissons. Of note, we have gone to Calgary for similar breaks at least a dozen times, never such a bad experience.
