Booked a basic queen room. We got there, got the key and ended up in a 2double bed room. My partner is 6’5” and a double bed would be too small. We ask for the queen room. The front desk guy says oh, yeah we thought you’d like the other better. We explain that we paid for the queen and can’t sleep comfortably on a double. So he puts us in a king room on the first floor. The room is handi-accessible. The showerhead was barely three feet off the floor.Upon check out, the lady working the front desk, would not talk to me, only my partner (seemed a little sexist). The reservation was under my name. The shower head is 3feet off the ground. Nice establishment, not so great staff.

The service is horrible 😫. Cant use the hotel phone to call around the area..even for transportation or food. The room smell horrible The air conditioner smell like mold in it The mattress on the bed was so flat i could feel the bed base, The worst hotel i have ever been to.
