They advertise as pet friendly but they are absolutely NOT. Only plus is that it was cheap and the room cleaners. I stay in a lot of hotels due to working in trades and traveling for work often from a week to 4 plus months at a time and this was one of my worst stays so fare in all of Canada. Stains everywhere in the rooms and the rooms needing some attention and giant gaps at the bottom of the doors to the hallway you can fit your hand under. First room didn’t have heat and when I asked to switch after my first day of an 11 day stay cuz I froze all night the front desks first response was there’s nothing I can do, we have no rooms clean. Only one microwave in the hole place in the lobby. There laundry facilities was an old washer and dryer (which they could break charge for so only used the washer) but the washer made all my clothes smell absolutely horrible, very moldy. There gym was mainly a bunch of broken equipment with horrible weight selection and dirty. Didn’t bother risking checking the pool area cuz I didn’t trust the cleanliness of the place. Not a family friendly area due to all the people shooting drugs up around the building. The front desk staff most had a terrible attitude problem except for the gentleman’s in my opinion. 10/10 will never be staying at this location again. I’d rather spend the extra money somewhere else.
