The hotel is in an ideal location. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was lovely and spacious with handy tea/coffee making facilities. I also liked the security elements within the hotel, ie having to use the room key to use the lift. Overall, a lovely stay.

The room experienced significant water leaks that caused a strong odor throughout. We were required to change rooms in the middle of the night and consequently lost access to the balcony area for which we had paid.
