Excellent hotel in great location.
This hotel is perfectly located. It's close to the wharf, for all water activities and close to shopping. Restaurants abound in the area. A great bonus are the laundry facilities on three different floors, and a lovely pool area. The staff is excellent and very accommodating especially Saul. Highly recommend.

Generally a place for an overnight.
Helpful staff, internet in the room was very slow plus had to use phone to stream tv. They are upgrading the internet but should be better compared to other places we have stayed at recently there.

What a great hotel, perfect location for seeing the city by foot. The bathroom in our suite was luxurious, had all those little details you want in a hotel. The staff were friendly with excellent hospitality. The pool area was great too, the only thing it needed was a bit of music. Would book again.

A great location in the middle of the city with nice facilities, amazing clean big room with normal mod cons. Staff whilst smiling, were not hugely personable or engaging and I felt like being there wasn’t that as the customer you were the centre of attention but rather a slight inconvenience?

Best accomodation for reef trips
Staff were so helpful and the hotel was beautiful, the room was big and had a stunning view of the esplanade park. I asked for a doona and they brought it up to me and remade the bed. Hotel is close to the ferry departure points for trips to the reef. We will stay here again.
