Staffs try good service and actually they answered my request sincerely. But they are sometimes lazy because they were late to work for 30 minutes in a morning. We guests couldn’t check out and were confused until they came.

Ostello carino, ottima posizione ma....
Ostello funzionale e con una bella spaziosa cucina per prepararsi qualcosa ma anche perchè c'è la colazione inclusa, staff gentile, però capelli neri ovunque anche in camera.. anche dopo le pulizie.Posizione veramente fantastica ma sappiate che siete sopra e vicino a localini aperti fino a tardi tardi... Un problema grande l'ho avuto con il tipo che abita a fianco! Ho dovuto intervenire minacciandolo direttamente di chiamare la polizia (il 119 non il 112 come il receptionist mi aveva detto ma essendo la guardia civil non fanno nulla) perchè per lui la discoteca è a casa sua con musica orribile TUTTO il giorno fino a tardi!!
