This stunning seaside property is the perfect place to relax in comfort and enjoy your adults break-away.

All the region's many sights & offerings are within an easy drive away. Otherwise just stay in to enjoy the beach just across the road, bring bikes to use the accessible bike path to take leisurely rides to the Jetty & CBD.

You can fill your days whilst still getting home in time to take in the beautiful pink sunsets over the water from the expansive top balcony area.

We also manage another very similar home next door. If you have groups wishing to stay together/close-by please enquire.

Downstairs is all the 4 bedrooms, main bathroom with separate toilet, master ensuite bathroom with separate toilet, laundry. Upstairs has the kitchen, meals area, living area with smart TV & bluetooth soundbar, powder room (the home has a total of 3 toilets) and huge balcony area with BBQ and outdoor furniture for both dining & relaxation.

The kitchen is equipped with all essentials to cook & prepare meals plus dishwasher and coffee machine. In the laundry there is a washing machine & dryer.

Ducted reverse cycle airconditioning throughout all bedrooms & entire upstairs areas.
Wifi is available.

Secure parking for 2 cars in the double garage plus a visitors bay outside of the garage.

There is a small IGA, fuel, BWS liquor, Fish & Chips, Thai take-away and hairdresser within walking distance. The Busselton CBD & Jetty precinct are only 5 minutes drive down the road.

- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, salt, pepper, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.

- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm

Great stay at Edge of the Bay
We were very happy with the accommodation. Very modern and well kept. A couple of small things that could be corrected. The microwave was not very effective in heating. Also there were only two tablets for the dish washer which was not enough. Other than that, a great stay and thanks for the bottle of wine.

Amazing apartment and location
Wonderful place to stay with our group of friends for annual catch up. Having 4 queen size beds was a hit. The place was very modern, had a fantastic large upstairs balcony, a lovely ocean view from the living area and was very neat neat and tidy. Location was brilliant. Will be staying annually from now on.

Great location & family unit
The house was spacious, clean and close to beach and city centre. Only issue was beds & pillows were VERY hard which impacted our sleep. I was told that every person has a personal preference by the property manager but these were HARD! I had to go buy softer pillows & mattress toppers from the shops to be able to sleep on them which for the amount of money we paid to stay 5 nights is harsh. Otherwise great place.

Absolutely beautiful property.
There were 8 of us staying here for a girlie weekend, such a beautiful property, we all really enjoyed our stay. The only one very small negative was that the floor upstairs was sticky not sure why but possibly the cleaning products used, apart from that everything else was fabulous….. a starter pack of coffee pods was a suggestion from some of the girls😉

Nice Location
Great location - short walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to Busselton Jetty. Property was clean and ready to go for us right on 2PM. Some minor issues such as the number of plates , knifes and forks at the property - Only 6 sets but if each room is full with 2 people - 8 required, BBQ wasn't great but did the job. Outdoor area could do with more furniture. For the price, we thought maybe just needed to be another step up especially the deck area - but we had a great time, beautiful beach 100M away and no issues in the area.

Wow everything and more
A quick get away for 4 couples, this house was perfect, so very comfortable from the lounge, dining area and bedrooms. It's super clean and modern. The outside balcony is great for afternoon drinks, a little suggestion would be a nice little gas heater for those cooler nights so you could stay outside a bit longer. The welcoming bottle of wine was a lovely gift. I will definitely be going back
