Overall my stay was good. However, hand towels and wash cloths were not replaced after the room was cleaned. No shower caps in rooms, had to ask front desk. Toilet flushing was very noisy. Breakfast was decent, but plastic forks silverware forks were hardly there. TV also froze one night and didn't finction after. They were very timely in resetting the tv, though.

This a convenient, comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. My only complaint is that the staff came back multiple times to get into the room before check out time on our leaving day.

My family and I had a great stay. The room and hotel itself were very clean and the staff were nice and helpful. We used the pool, ice machine on our floor and took advantage of the breakfast (surprisingly a great selection of breakfast items available). We will definitely stay here again.

I like my stay at Hyatt Place. Registration was so fast and easy. Employees were so friendly. Breakfast delicious and everyday different, dinning room big and clean. Rooms were clean , in bathrooms enough towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash were good quality. Thank you so much for amazing job!
