They let us check in few hours early as we happened to be there earlier and it was cold outside. Hotel was exceptionally pleasant with their staffing and services, Breakfast was excellent, cleanliness - great, Loved the stay at this hotel, will book it again if needed. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed with my room chair had hair buildup and dust in the chair which is visible. This chair has Never been wiped or cleaned out. Nice that they serve breakfast but I had the guy who severs the food, his hair in my eggs, he should be wearing a Hair Net!!! The young girl who checks you in offered another guest water during his check in, never offered me bottle water..

No control over a million kids!
A million kids running wild through the halls and up and down the stairs. Playing in halls for hours until 11pm. Pool a disaster of kids with no supervision and breakfast buffet same. My 4th stay and never was this a problem before!

Truly disappointed
The stay was rather annoying. There were lots of children running around and knocking on doors — late at night. Security was called other visitors. Additionally, the heating and air conditioning kept switch from heat to cool. One minute it was warm, the next was chilly. Finally, there was no shampoo in the bottle mounted in the shower. Overall, I would not recommend this location.

Breakfast was excellent Check in was smooth and friendly Great comfy beds Only issue was at 11pm-12am a group of 15 teens were outside our door by the elevators running up and down the hallways and making so much noise. We were on floor 2 so you’d figure the main floor security or staff would hear it and address it but we had to call. Once we did they were quick and swift to address it. Would appreciate a more proactive attitude but I’m glad they were on it as soon as we called.
