My stay was fantastic! This hotel is very clean and well taken care of. Front desk folks were helpful, the room was clean and fresh, beds comfortable, breakfast didnt disappoint, and their on site gym was pretty good. Absolutely would stay here again!

We checked in late and the front door was locked and no one at the counter. Rang the door bell and we were let in. Check in was easy. Nothing bad but nothing special to say about it. Room was visually clean but sheets had stains on them. I hope stains and not dirty sheets. Let front know and he just gave us a new sheet to change out ourselves. No housekeeping even though they say they come every other day. When asking the front why we didn’t get a visit on our third day the response was “Oh I don’t know what they do.” And she gave me fresh towels since that was what I needed most. Breakfast was decent for a free breakfast. Lots of hot items as well as the normal bagels, cereal etc. they do promptly shut down at 10am though so don’t be late. Check out was easy. Overall a great price for a place to sleep overnight. Not great if you wanted anything else in the form of service or amenities. But in actuality, for the location…this really is just a pit stop or a means to an end hotel. It did its job for us.

We had a lovely stay. Nic at the front desk was so warm and helpful. He gave us great recommendations and answered our questions. Breakfast was great, too! My son loved making his own waffles. I appreciated the variety of fruits and yogurt. I'm definitely coming back here when I visit Buffalo.

When I booked the room I did not know that the UB football team was playing that night across the street and that the hotel was sold out so we had to settle for a first floor handicapped room. No big deal but it was crowded mid-week. Otherwise it was an. excellent stay.
