Erin was the evening manager and was FANTASTIC!!! She went out of her way to be a source of information for a Mom dropping her son at UB. This was my 3rd stay here and will be a regular for all of my trips over the next 4 years!!!

Most staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only two ladies were not approachable unfortunately. The rooms were nice, bright and clean. The hallways and elevators were clean and bright. Only downfall was the bathroom sink and faucet. You have only an inch of space to wash your hands. What were they thinking during installation. So we just kept washing our hands using the shower.

Fantastic hotel. Extremely comfortable bed and terrific shower. Clean. Terrific staff. The only change we would like is the room light has to be on to use the bathroom light. No optimal.
