We were impressed by the friendliness and dedication of all the staff. The consierge people were great: especially Andros, who took the strain out of our Lake Balaton excursion. The hotel was spotless, and our room spacious. The only criticism would be that the shower gel and lotion had a less than subtle undercurrent of peroxide in its scent. So as to not end on a down note: the hotel is located in a convenient location for food and shopping, and my wife says the Spa was amazing.
