Reception checkin was very good, the young man on reception greeted us with a smile and was overly helpful. Check out was poor. The young female colleague had a bad attitude. Breakfast choice was excellent, male waiter rude female was lovely. I don’t expect to stand in a bath for a shower at a four star hotel. Views outstanding

Good for tourists

Pros: The efficiency, brightness and the helpfulness of the staff.
Cons: Nothing springs to mind.
Location: Good public transport, but also possible to walk up to Castle Hill or across to Pest where most of the things to visit are. I came in from Szentendre
Stayed for one night only to meet up with friends and before leaving for the airport. Thinking of taking a group there next year.

Schönes sauberes Hotel. Die Lounge und Bar sind sehr schön, das Frühstück ist hervorragend und mit ganz viel Auswahl. Sehr netten Service generell, ausser eine kleine Ausnahme. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, gute Empfehlungen und tips um die Stadt besser zu erkunden. Die Zmmer sind Gross und Geräumig, ein bisschen in die jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt, das Badezimmer sehr sauber und gut gehalten. Das Bett war bequem und mein Zimmer war ruhig und mit einen schönen Blick zum Schloss von Buda. Würde wieder kommen, kann gern empfehlen.
