I really like this property….the room was very nice and spacious, the staff has been friendly, the breakfast buffet (additional charge for me) was fabulous! I booked another night stay for next week!!! The airport shuttle has just been where it’s at for someone inexperienced at foreign travel!

I have been to Romania multiple times for work. The first time I chose to stay at the RIN because of its proximity to the airport. Subsequently I have chosen to stay there for the same reason, but also because it is a good, reasonably priced place to stay. The rooms are comfortable, it has a good restaurant and a great breakfast buffet.

The receptionist with the check in was not nice with us, the wifi in the room didn't work and the reception didn't sort it out the problem. The floor in the room was not vacuum. The boxes with the amenities were empty.

We really appreciated the airport shuttle. There were limited dining options around the hotel (as it is very close to the airport), but we had a good meal in the hotel restaurant.

Not worth it.
The toilet wasn’t working properly and then the shower base would fill up with water, so you had to turn off the water to let it drain down. As well mold in the shower. The hotel does not have a courtesy computer to use. We had an issue with our flight and we’re not able to deal with it until we had gotten to the airport.

Super convenient location on airport proximity. The hotel does hourly shuttle trips to/from the airport. Very pleasant staff always willing to help. Every time we go home to Rom, we stay at this hotel. We cannot recommend it more. Also super affordable. And the food at their rustic restaurant … 5stars!

The stuff was the biggest problem. Speaks to me in English. When I told then to speak Romania been told they don't know thay well. There Romania language is bad at best. And because of there thick British Raj accept (indian, Bangladesh, Pakistan so on) can't understand what they where saying. Had to use Google translate to get some job done. Some guy at the entrance tried to take my bags told him "No tank you" in Romania he nothing no response. Had to grab my bag from his hand told him in English again and he just stood there looking dump at me. At the desk where couple of fat Indians that smelled worse than a public toilet talking in something from there motherland. The stuff: ramis., discrimination, barely speake any English, looking down on the client, like i go there and beg for it and is there property. I pay for all that i give $ for a service. Horrible horror. The property location room all wonderful but the stuff a nightmare.
