Very disrespectful shuttle driver. His name is Daniel. He didn't want to help us or other with luggage and overall very mean with passengers. Also he drove like a maniac. Disappointed that Rin hires this kind of people.

How did this hotel get a 4 star rating?? What a joke! Don’t expect the 4 stars you get at Hilton Garden Inn that is right next to the airport. This hotel doesn’t have a USB charging port. When I called front desk to ask about it the lady was like ah, no USB, sorry, I tell her what, how can this be,it’s 2024 she goes: aha, aha, ok, bye and she hanged up!!! not even the TV worked, what a joke of a hotel. Go to Hilton Garden Inn by the airport, a bit pricier but you do get premium service where everything works well and things go smoothly.

We stayed just one night and it was convenient considering we were in transit with an unexpected lay over of more than 16 hours. The offered shuttle service was great and the breakfast very delicious ( not included in the price). The aqua park is very close for those who stay more days. Altogether it was a good value for the price.
