Beautiful property. Super comfy bed. They forgot to put some toiletries in the bathroom but we were there for one night and I am sure they would have put some in the next day. Happy the bar was still open when we arrived. People very friendly. Good quality breakfast but lighting in eating rooms could be a bit warmer.

This hotel is in the most perfect location. Rooms are charming but not very well functional. For example, there are no wall electrical plugs in the bathroom, by mirror. I had a curling iron and had no way to use it.

Beautiful property and the best hotel in Bruges. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and polite to deal with. They even gave us early check in at noon upon learning we had not been able to rest since our flights. The location is amazing, near all the central sightseeing destination within walking distance. The dining experience was fantastic with gourmet European cuisine, and the bar was beautiful and housed rare Belgian beers. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely loved the Duke's Palace in Bruges! It is very conveniently located to the main historic square and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself is amazing. I stayed in the old section of the hotel on the 2nd floor. There was a chapel right next to my room. My room was two stories. The upper part was a loft, with a separate bed. It had a great view of the courtyard. The staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful. The dining room / bar had great options. And the breakfast buffet was fantastic. I had champagne and Belgian chocolate every morning. This is now one of my favourite hotels worldwide. I cannot wait to return one day soon.

A great hotel with fantastic helpful staff, right in the centre of Bruges so very easy to get to all the local attractions. The rooms are big, clean and had a fantastic walk in shower. We had breakfast on each day of our stay, a fantastic choice of foods from fresh fruits, pastries and hot and cold meats. I throughly recommend this Hotel.

Wonderful hotel; grounds are gorgeous; breakfast buffet was spectacular with carving blocks of three kinds of chocolate; good drinks at the bar; great location; got upgraded rooms with early check in and late check out.
