Mirror in bathroom was dirty for 2 nights.first night there was hair on the bedside table and in the shower and on the wall beside the toilet. Beds are super comfy and clean.

Paid for a motel room and was up most of the night because of loud and drunk guests staying and the hotel/motel security guard would do nothing!!! So i had to take matters into my own hands by calling the police

It is good, clean and nicely presented. The menu at the tavern was great and the food ordered was very nicely prepared. I arrived around 7pm on a dark, rainy night and found difficulty in locating reception. An enquiry at the bar eventually yielded results. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel should not be on the market for travellers. the hotel is being used for red cross and housing crisis centre. Fine but then they need to take off the market for tourists or at least reduce the nightly amount. $160 per night was off the scale price compared to the other hotels in region.

The bed & pillows were comfortable. The entry door was so tight I had to shoulder barge it to get in. It was clean but the bathroom smelled like a urinal & the carpet beside the QS bed had a stale cigarette odour. The freezer didn’t work so I couldn’t refreeze my icebricks for the esky. It was quite noisy on Saturday night until late but the next 3 nights were quieter. Parking was great, undercover. I’d stay again but request a different room.

Blinds Broken Fridge broken (doesnt stay cold & leaks) No smart Tv Toilet has issues flushing Outdated aircon that barely pump's cold air. Normally isnt to bad of a hotel however most rooms are not updated.
