It had at least ONE USB outlet plug. Plus having W/D; along with laundry soap available. Having a small cream container for coffee a plus. The gym has great workout equipment and clean! I liked being on the 6th floor with street view. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The stay was perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. Sooo did not want to leave was a wonderful experience was even lucky to be moved to a higher floor (74) at no extra cost. Certainly a place we will be return to again next time we are In Brisbane. All staff should be very proud of them selves as they were professional throughout the stay.

Incredible Hotel
Absolutely fantastic stay, got up to our room with gorgeous views of Brisbane city. Parking was very convenient. Room was immaculate and comfortable. The staff were lovely, check in process was smooth and we felt very welcome and accommodated. Absolutely will be making this our go to hotel for our Brisbane city trips

Was staying for two nights, and had day trips planned so wasn’t spending much time at the hotel apart from sleeping. If that wasn’t the case I would’ve contacted reception about the cleanliness. Bathroom had long black hairs everywhere on the floor and the bath, floor was dirty, shower glass was disgusting, bath plug hole had paper and muck in it. Kitchen bench was not cleaned properly. And dryer had a Tshirt from previous guest in it. Other than cleanliness the hotel was good, customer service was good.

Great hot water and shower pressure. Great views from the room. Best pillows we've ever used in a hotel. Downside was the room was grubby, hadn't had attention to detail - kids handprints on windows and food smeared on surfaces near coffee table area. Bit of a turn off when trying to relax. the tea/coffee caddy was also sticky like it had been wet, tea bags packets stuck together. But great location and good value price for the room all up. Made our trip in to Brisbane city an easy stay. Thank you Meriton team.
