The place was in a good location, the service of reception was poor and to get in and out of car parks is confusing and complicated. The noise was pretty bad with the rubbish shot right out the front of our door

Arena Apartments are terrible. There was no reception desk for check in, then when we finally got into the apartment it was filthy ( showers, floors, water jug wee on blinds in bedroom) and also had no working television. We called to advise it was broken and were told a caretaker would look at it, after 3 further phone calls, he arrived at 8pm only to rudely tell us he wasnt the maintainence manager and couldnt fix it, he couldn't move us and it was unlikely he had another tv. So too bad!! We paid $350 for the apartment which didnt resemble the photos . We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. If you expect quality apartments with RELIABLE service. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Pros: Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Location is fantastic, reception staff welcoming. Cons: Only one, the ground floor level rooms are quite dark. We will be back again 😊
