Spanning a generous 1,534 square feet, this spacious townhome provides ample room for relaxation and enjoyment. Step into the inviting living and dining room area, adorned with tongue and groove, beam vaulted ceilings and unique rustic decor. Tired/Rundown property
Location is excellent , however , the property needs a lot of maintenance such as: replacement of wall paper - it was worn out and ripped off the wall in many areas, lower floor has humidity, needs painting (bubbles and humidity). Some of the shades were not working properly. The property manager was not responsive . We arrived around 8:00 pm due to a flight delayed and couldn't find the place- no one was available to answer any question until next day, even through the "emergency" phone number.

Great location
Easy walk (under 10 minutes) from the condo to the Quicksilver lift for mid-day lunch break, 5 minutes to main street and under 2 minutes to the hot tubs. Condo had plenty of space for 7 adults with gear/luggage. Easy check-in/check-out process with responsive front desk to answer questions with the property management team. Would definitely rent again!

Nice place to stay with plenty of beds
The property had an excellent location and was very cozy. I stayed there with several friends and had more than enough room to sleep. Strongly suggest to anyone visiting Breckinridge.

Location was great. Hot tub was closed for construction. Found dirty underwear in master bedroom
We were celebrating my daughters 17th birthday with a group of 4 girls. Disappointed when we found out the hot tub was closed for construction since that was our plan for the evening after dinner. Disgusted that upon going to bed, there were dirty underwear behind the master bedroom nightstand.
