**No pets allowed in the condo or on the property
**Do not store any items on the balcony including skis/bikes and no grills allowed
**Do not bring ski/snowboard equipment inside the condo or on the balcony. Use the private ski locker to store these items
**Bikes are not allowed in the condo or on the balcony. The complex garage has a bike rack for you to store your bike.
Zero tolerance policy for all the above. Failure to follow will result in a $300 fine for each violation - Strictly enforced by building management.
