While this property is located in the heart of town, it is in a quiet mountain setting away from the busy streets of Main Street. You will be amazed at the attention to detail in this four-bedroom, tastefully decorated home, just eight blocks from downtown. Relax in comfort and style!

The Space:
Sleeping: Bedroom 1/First Master (mid level): (sleeps 2), King-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 2 (upper level), (sleeps 2), King-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 3 (entry level), (sleeps 2), King-size bed, Full bathroom in hallway (share with bedroom 4); Bedroom 4 (entry level) : (sleeps 4), Two sets of twin bunks, Full bathroom in hallway (share with bedroom 3); Extra sleeping: Day bed with Trundle (2 twins-upper level in the loft), Pack and play and extra twin sized floor mattress provided. Maximum sleeping capacity is 12.

The Neighborhood:
This is an exclusive area in the heart of Breckenridge with beautiful views in a perfect mountain setting. Enjoy some of Breckenridge's best hiking and biking trails just outside the door. (The Wellington Trail).

Getting Around:
Enjoy a 10 minute walk to the heart of Breckenridge's Main Street and a free shuttle just a few minutes walk from the front door which will bring you to and from Main Street and the gondola with ease. Quick and easy access to the ski area via the FREE Breckenridge shuttle service. The shuttle stop is 0.3 miles from the house (5 minute walk - purple route A - Corkscrew Drive).

Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. Wonderful Home
We loved this home with stunning peak views and a large great room/kitchen area where everyone comfortably gathered. Everything was super clean, the kitchen well stocked, the bedding warm and comfortable. The large hot tub was a big hit. Very helpful to have a spacious garage and mud room and ski racks. Easy walk to town. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property and conveniently located!
This house was perfect for our family's stay in Breckenridge. We were centrally located to everything in town and the house is beautiful! We had more than enough space and our kids loved the game room downstairs. The fire pit and hot tub were great additions as well. We were lucky enough to see a moose and her twin babies on our first evening at the end of the street - the closest we've ever got to see moose in person! Highly recommend this property and would definitely book again!

This is a beautiful home, so comfortable, and in a wonderful setting. Our family loves it, it is laid out well for a family of nine. Amazing kitchen, decks, and views!! We have 4 boys that love to hike on the local trails and explore. We hope to be back next fall!

Amazing two weeks in Breck!
We had such an amazing time staying at this house. It was beautiful, very well stocked, very pleasant porches, and a wonderful location. There are hiking trails accessible from the street and we took advantage of this every afternoon. We used the grill, hot tub, and porches every day. The kids loved playing in the naturally landscaped yard and having such a private cul-de-sac to play safely in. The property management company communicated so well with us and we never even had a need to reach out! I would absolutely love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Breck ski 2023
This house was absolutely amazing! We had 10 people total with 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was spotless when we arrived, beds were very comfortable, and the downstairs space for the kids was a lifesaver. The property manager was great and one thing that sets them apart is the addition of a full supply of soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc… Aside from our food, we didn’t need to purchase anything to cook in the fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, great location.
Our family of 6 and our friends (family of 5) had the best time staying at this home. It’s very apparent the home is well taken care of and was very clean. The location is fantastic and the views from the balconies are just amazing. Plenty of rooms/beds for our two large families and the foosball/arcade game were fantastic for entertaining the kiddos. Definitely recommend!!

Summer in the mountains
This home was beautiful. We stayed here with my two adult children and their spouses and my two grandchildren ages 22months and 3 yrs old. This house was perfect for our group with the family downstairs with my two grand sons in the bunk room and daughter and husband in lovely king sized bedroom next door and fun playroom. Husband and i on main floor in beautiful master. My son and his wife on third floor with beautiful king room as well. house had lovely patios in all directions. Property managers were very responsive and informative. Great summer get away.

Fun and cool for the entire family
Our daughter’s son and our son and his wife and two young children joined my wife and I for a beat the Texas heat stay In Breckenridge. Everything was wonderful! We loved the home and our visits to the town for shopping and eating. Golf and the city recreational center were just icing on the cake.

The property was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Kitchen had all of the amenities we needed for cooking. We particularly enjoyed large dining area that accommodated all of us. Kids loved basement TV and game area. We felt it was a great value. Property manager reached out by email several times to see if we were comfortable, but things were so perfect that we never needed to call her.

Beautiful home - great experience!
Our family of 11 spent a week in this beautiful home to celebrate the 70th birthdays and 50th wedding anniversary of me and my husband. The location is quiet and ideal for getting to Main Street. Everything about the house was of top quality and we all enjoyed it so much. The only short-coming I would mention is the mattresses for the bunk room. Our 23- and 20-year-old grandchildren said they were not comfortable for them. Likely for younger people they might be fine. Other beds were fantastic with top quality mattresses and bedding and towels in the bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. We did have to purchase flour and sugar. We made wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.

Fabulous home in Breck!
We absolutely loved this home! My list of favorites: We could walk to Main Street and trails. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Washer/dryer on main floor and lower level. Beautiful views of the mountains. Living area was very cozy and beautifully decorated. We spent a week here with our four kids ages 17 to 9. Beautiful Breckenridge
I believe this is the nicest property we’ve ever stayed in. My husband is still talking about it two weeks later. We had a group of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed that we could all fit in the living room and around the dining room table. My husband loved that the was a house meant for “skiers”, the room off the garage was a perfect place to keep all your gear. If ever back in Breckenridge we will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely stunning location with a beautiful house!! Perfect spot for a couples trip! The house had everything we needed - from humidifiers to box fans. Perfect for our family get away!
Our growing family has traditionally done a long weekend in the mountains every fall and have been to several VRBOs. However, there was always "something" that wasn't just right. Not the case with this one. We loved that all the bedrooms had large, luxurious beds; the large dining room table that sat us all; lots of living room seating; fun game room; hot tub & firepit and convenient location. We didn't feel like we were in town but everything was so convenient. There were trails to hike right across the street; short trip to visit downtown; kids rode their scooters in the driveway and cul de sac. It was really perfect! No one wanted to leave!

Beautiful Home
We absolutely loved this beautiful home! It was spacious and had plenty of room for the 10 of us, 6 adults, and 4 children. The decor is so well done, we enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and used the grill as well. Everything worked great. There was room to play outside, and a couple of trails that we hiked. You could bike on these trails as well. It is not walking distance to the Main Street, but the free shuttles run every half hour at the bottom of the street. It is a bit of a walk up to the house, the altitude made a difference! The shuttles worked out well for us. Every view was beautiful, we hope to stay there again! Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful home, impeccably and newly furnished in excellent taste, supplied with everything needed. Recommended for families with older children, teens and adults. Very clean. Excellent instructions for use of property.
