Hi the resort was above and beyond Our expectations. Being such a Touristy town we worried about the turnover and the condition of the condo. The condo was very clean and beautifully laid out. Out the back balcony was a view of the lake in the gazebo and right out the front door across the street was the big swimming pool. Our favorite thing was a free shuttle. We love that it delivered us right to the front gate of Silver Dollar City and brought us right back and we didn't have to wait more than five minutes either time we also picked us up and took us to the food trucks and brought us back. Everyone at this resort is super nice. They call and text any activities going on and when your room is ready. Even though there were a lot of families around we did not hear any noise too late or too early in the morning. I have already sent the link to two people I know who are interested in renting and I will definitely recommend this place. If I come back to this area I will stay again.

The resort overall was good. The beds need replacing. You could tell they were old and would make a ton of noise every time you turned over in bed. In one of the hot tubs the jets didnt work and in another hot tub the water didnt get hot.

We loved our time at Still Waters. I do think we were there at the perfect time and the crowds were low, which certainly helped. We enjoyed time at both pool areas (one hot tub was broken). We also enjoyed the food trucks on property, the included amenities at the lake and checked out the lil Fall Festival. The only downside to our whole visit was inside our room. There was not a lot of amenities in our room. No paper towels in the kitchen, we ran out of toilet paper, the carpet is in terrible condition and desperately needs replaced, and aside from 1 small bar of soap there were no bathroom amenities (no shampoo/conditioner, etc…). Very friendly staff. We would definitely return, but hope before then they replace the carpet.

Don’t waste your money
The reviews and photos of this property are beyond skewed and deceptive. Take a drive through the “resort” before you decide on this disaster. The concierge called us before arrival asking all kinds of very personal, very suspicious questions. Upon arrival they were no help whatsoever. They’re unresponsive to the texts they enroll you to without permission. The food trucks on site don’t stick to any kind of schedule and open/close on a whim, and if you do happen to catch them open, the food is awful. It makes McDonald’s look like a 5 star restaurant. The pool staff gets visibly upset when you request a towel and their smoke break spot is right next to the pool with cigarette butts laying all about. The marina employees were annoyed whenever they had to get off their phones and do their jobs, not to mention how rude one of them consistently was. You’ll need to watch out for maintenance staff speeding throughout the property in golf carts and taking up several parking spots. When we finally were able to enjoy the pool without a couple dozen unsupervised children running and screaming, some creepy man showed up with a camera and very obviously recorded people in their bathing suits… It’s safe to say we will never step foot here again and we recommend you keep your family safe from potential predators and find somewhere else to stay.
