Family Trip
Our family trip (son and family) was great. We don't spend that much time at a hotel (sleep, eat breakfast, swim) so we don't like to spend a lot of money. Branson Towers always has what we need.

This was an excellent place to stay. Nice clean room and easy acess to Branson.However, they do not clean your room if you are staying multiple nights. Trash was never emptied nor towels and washcloths replaced. For the amount of money we paid and this level of motel, this is unacceptable.

Booked a double queen. Was given double full beds. Sheets did not fit the beds. Way too many people to be able to eat breakfast. They couldn't keep the food available and no where to sit. Had to eat out for breakfast everyday. Walking in the door reaked of smoke everytime. Pool and hot tub were nice.

It was just ok for the price, close to what we were there to do, but rundown and not clean. The room itself was clean and adequate. However, the common areas were very dirty and unkempt.

The property was just okay. It needs updated desperately, as it smells of stale carpet and in entries of cigarette smoke. The stairwells were horrid with stains and smell. The room had ample space and was clean, but the pillows were large and hard. Housekeeping was mediocre, and they didn't clean the second day we were there. We had to ask for supplies like shower gel and washcloths because they did not leave us some. Actually, the first night I tried to use the shower gel, and it was filled with water and had nothing in it. The dining room had a nice location, but the food was just okay. Nothing great, but it works for a short stay if you are not too picky.

The room was clean and big enough for two adults and 2 kids. The pillows were extremely firm - felt like rocks. They only had 2 wash clothes available the night we checked in said we couldn’t get more until housekeeping came the next day. Next day still didn’t have any. Having clean towels was an issue the entire trip heard others complain while we were in the lobby.

Disappointed that we could not stay in our conjoined room as room 164 metal latch was completely broken, so double locking the door was no option. We also looked out that window & the seal was bent, on top of the screen on the ground. The first morning at 9am staff was running out of food & lady seemed very stressed out. We left our trash cans out the room door along with dirty towels. Once we got back I went to the front desk to ask for towels & extra toilet paper. The front desk told me that the night staff didn’t come so there was no clean towels. So that means the whole time we were there we had no clean towels. One of the doors going out to the pool constantly had some kind of debris on the carpet for the 3 days we were there. We will not be returning to this location. The 4.5 star rating doesn’t match the actual location. The only thing we really enjoyed was a random young man that played piano. Lots of patrons loved it & was tipping him.

Overall, our stay was great. Our bathroom ceiling had a leak but the front desk was accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. The beds were pillow top, but if you have a sensitive back it’s iffy. The pillows are hard as a rock. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the game room was a nice touch.
