Booked way ahead and requested first floor ir near elevator. Arrived and was given 2nd floor room with no elevator. When checking in we told them we requested first floor due to disabilities we was told they must not have read the requests. Very accommodating. Got to our room only to be welcomed by a bed they was broke or very well worn as there was a sink hole in the middle.

The front desk stated that our room was recently updated. The carpet had been replaced with vinyl flooring and the mirror had been changed. Not impressed with the updates. The beds were too soft, the lighting was extremely dim, couldn’t even see to put makeup on or see to use the microwave, the shower head hit me at nose level, the old orange blackout curtains were the same and do not stay closed, and the only outlets available were on a power strip between the two beds. Extremely disappointed with the updates.

Okay if just using room to spend one night
Check in was smooth with friendly service. Room was okay but rundown. The bathroom locked us in twice and couldn’t get out. Only one ice machine for entire complex but didn’t work. Breakfast was pretty good.

Had a wonderful one-night stay. The front staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The location was perfect for me to visit a quality restaurant a short distance away, It was also located within 5 minutes of a number of quality attractions in Branson, particularly the Sites and Sounds Theater where we reserved tickets for a wonderful Christmas play. The room was very cozy and bed comfortable. I'll be sure to visit again in the future.

Small patch of plaster fell sometime during the day when we were not in room. After the 3rd day of the same breakfast options, we had breakfast elsewhere. Their patty sausage, biskets/gravy and instant scrambled eggs became uninteresting.

Girls trip
We greatly enjoyed the 3 queen bed option for our girls trip. Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy parking. The breakfast eating area needs to be updated such as more places to set and a better set up of the food line. The food was great.

We have our family reunions every year in Branson so we stay here quite often. It’s a good hotel close to where we like going to. The morning breakfast is always good and we usually just sleep and then eat breakfast then we are always out and doing stuff all day so we just usually need a place to sleep at night
