The room was plenty big enough, even with the 3 queen beds, most only have 2 & a pull out, the hot breakfast was good, the room was semi-clean, the rugs need replaced or deep cleaned, otherwise everything was great!

The only plus was location. There were roaches in room. One bed was severely broken. Sink was slow . Toilet seat very loose. No maid service for 4 days. Furniture looked old and battered.

The only thing that I thought could be better is the internet and TV. Kept going off while I was trying to watch a show. Not a deal breaker for me. I really like the place and will probably book again the next time in Branson.

I checked in online said all i had to do was get the key when i arrived, i still had to show my id even though they already had a picture of it was not happy about that. Took a shower and the water was so hot that it scaulded my back and i hardly had any hot water on. It only happened when neighboring rooms flushed the toilet or turned the sink on

Great location. Central to everything on 76. Was pretty standard room although we paid extra for ground floor “suite”, I guess suite to them means couch? Area is not noisy @ all, no issues with traffic noise, etc…HOWEVER (room 134) we were in building directly behind wall of breezeway that housed laundry room, vending machines & ice so housekeeping every single morning congregated in that area to gossip about 7am with no regard that perhaps people wanted to sleep in on vacation! They are loud, foul mouthed & use this area to hide out & gripe about guests. We dealt with it all 4 mornings we were there. I was gonna give good review other than mislead about “suite” until these housekeeping b^#>h sessions continued. There are no elevators so it was worth extra for ground floor but didn’t sign up for housekeeping alarm clock @ 7am & for that reason alone we won’t stay again & I can’t recommend this hotel unless you’re an early riser or stay on 2nd floor!

Big fan of this hotel! Stay here anytime I come to Branson. Room prices are excellent, staff is friendly, and hotel rooms are very clean. Location is great, too. Right off the strip. Close enough for great proximity but far enough that you don't feel closed in by all the traffic and people. Love 3 queen option for families. My room appeared to be recently updated with new flooring and fresh paint.

The staff were all very polite and kind. The rooms need a bit of updating!!! The popcorn ceiling needs to go!! The tub/shower needs to be replaced-it's just getting worn out.

Very disappointed with our entire stay
We had a mini family Branson vacation booked for 3 days, Thursday through Sunday. When we arrived at our room, the door was not locked and was not completely shut. As we brought in our luggage we noticed food on the floor, flossers under the bed and the worst part was the bathroom. The shower had long hair all over, along with pubic hair and it was completely dirty. Along the baseboard looked like mouse droppings. The bottom of the toilet had blue cleaner on it, the floor had white stuff all over by the toilet. We immediately went down to the front desk. She tried to get a hold of the manager and couldn't, we went to eat. When we came back, she tried to get us a different room or a another hotel room within the company. Nothing was available, she said all our money would we refunded and they would be giving us vouchers for a future stay because of the way our room was upon arrival. Saturday afternoon I get a call asking why we haven't checked out yet? I said we were booked for 3 days, I had to debate that with them. We came back that night to the hotel and our door was unlocked and cracked open the entire time we were gone. I was furious, went downstairs again to speak to the person at the desk. She apologized and said the manager would be meeting with me in the morning to discuss everything that had happened all weekend. At 8:45 this morning while we were sleeping the housekeepers opened our door, when check out wasn't until 11:00. The manager never showed up to meet me.
