OK place to stay
Nice hotel, great room, great breakfast. Coffee maker in room was horrible! Poured a cup of water in and got a half an inch of coffee. Complained to front desk with no action over the course of our stay. For the price we paid for this stay, could've sprung for a nice Keurig coffee maker. Just rubbed me the wrong way first thing in the morning!

Do not park in the garage
Very nice, clean, friendly staff, bar and breakfast was great. Only two negative things during our stay there were nowhere to sit outside, and the staff told me to park in the garage did not advise that there was a parking lot in the back my car is an suv and the garage was full and tight and my car did not fit to exit the garage and got sideswiped on a metal bar that stuck out at the exit causing damage to the car. If I would have know there was parking in the back that is not obvious when you arrive at the front, I would never have even tried to drive down there that is for compact cars only.

When we opened the door to our room we were immediately hit with a stench. We noticed stains all over the walls, floors and furniture. The air conditioning was too much both ways. Either too hot or too cold. Couldn’t stabilize! Lastly, there was mold growing in the bathroom. Soooo gross.

I reserved a King bed for me and my wife as a night away and to see a show nearby and when I get there I am told no kings are available and they only have a room with 2 queens and if that was alright as if I had a choice. They said they would removing the parking fee as an apology but there is no parking fee so there’s that. We get to the room and it’s 2 double beds not queens so me and my wife are now sleeping in different beds which is not how we wanted to spend our night and the the curtains had holes and paint missing on the walls. Also the shower didn’t drain very well like it was backed up. Overall not a good experience

The Staff was AWSOME! They helped us with figuring out how to get to Salem by train and printed everything out for us and highlighted all the stops we needed to change trains. And the rooms were big and clean. With a family of 5 we were extremely comfortable and not on top of each other.
