needs some help

This hotel was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in and I do a lot of travelling. The bed was the most comfortable also. Housekeeping let this place down. The room was not cleaned properly, rugs needed vacuuming, dirt behind bedside cabinets. Housekeeping staff are not well trained and that is the only part that I can complain about. They could not speak proper Engish either which was a little worrying. Hotel needs updating to 21st century really. But as said earlier it is so quiet there even though it was busy over the Xmas season.
