Enjoy our Boho bungalow nestled in the heart of Boise. Walk out the front door and find yourself across the street from the Boise River, Whitewater Park, Quinn's pond, and the Boise Greenbelt. Step out the back door to an incredible backyard oasis complete with pond, mature trees, BBQ and fire pit.
Spend your days nature walking, fishing or exploring the greenbelt and spend your evening relaxing in our cozy home.
Sleeps 6
Upon arrival, walk up the steps and through the portal arch to our cottage. Sit a spell on the front porch before checking in with our key pad system and get ready to relax and enjoy all that Boise has to offer.
Step into the calm and quiet front room and rest a while or continue on into the kitchen to find yourself a few Boise treats. Walk out the side entrance and check out the patio area. Don't sit too long in the shade of our trees, there's more to see inside.
Wander back inside to see the rest of the house. You will find a beautiful master suite with its own sitting room and master bath, a second bedroom with adjacent full size bathroom, a dining room with seating for 4, a family room with a full size sofa sleeper, and full laundry facilities in the basement.
Continue your exploration of our renovated space but keep an eye out for the carefully preserved gems of the past. Built-ins, coved ceilings and a handmade agate countertop and backsplash will give you a taste of yesteryear while the central air, fully stocked kitchen and screaming fast wi-fi will remind you how glorious it is to live in the now.
Once you are settled in, head across the street and find yourself at Esther Simplot Park, the gateway to Boise's "String of Jewels" park system. Take in the opportunities for fishing, paddle boarding, swimming, sunbathing at Quinn's Pond, Esther Simplot Pond, and HP Lake, all within 5 minutes of the front door. Walk a minute further to the river and get ready to float, river surf or people watch. Running along the river is the Boise greenbelt where you can make your way to Lucky Peak Reservoir in one direction or head all the way out to the quaint city of Eagle in the other.
Head home and put on your hiking shoes, rent a scooter (you can almost always find one for rent at the park entrance) or drive a few minutes to one of the many trailheads mentioned in the Ridge to Rivers guide book we keep on hand for you.
Finish up your evening back at home. Fire up the grill and enjoy dinner on the patio under the stars. Sit back and relax under our twinkle tree or get a fire going in the firepit and roast some marshmallows.
Drift off to sleep in our cozy beds and recharge for another day of adventure!
