It was nice for the most part; however, had some issues with extra charges on my card. To the hotels credit, they did eventually fall off but it was more than what I was told originally. Also, beds weren’t great.

The hotel was clean and very nice. I had booked a king bed suite. But on arrival, the room with the king would not be ready until later in the day. We really didn't need a king size, it was the only size available at the time. The conceirge was polite and switched us to a queen and got us checked in. I would choose this hotel again

Not the room we reserved.
We were assigned a small room with a rollaway bed which we did not reserve. It was so small we had to move the table and chairs to accommodate the rollaway so the bathroom door could open. We were told a larger group came in so they had to give our room to them. Staff was very apologetic so they knew it was a crappy situation. Won’t be staying at a Candlewood small room Suites again.
