We went there for a wedding and mostly all the guest were staying there. The hotel is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable around and many restaurants or bars around. Would recommend this hotel... Quality -Price is more than good.

The property is located in a very nice zone G area of Bogota a lot of restaurants and easy to walk very safe for you. That are worried about safety.. I was on the top floor, which is nine they have air conditioning units in the ceiling. They didn’t work except for the last two days I was there and I stayed for 8 days I believe. Also, if you are wanting to use the Internet, you have to sit in the dining room area if you use the Internet or the Wi-Fi in the bedroom area or anywhere else other than the kitchen table, you will not have service. It was very frustrating and I had to leave the property for the last week of my trip if you can do without Internet and air conditioning or heating on the ninth floor, then you’ll be fine. I was checking out. There was no water and no one bothered to let me know that the water wasn’t working. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent. You don’t even have to leave. It’s that good. I wish the rest of the hotel could measure up to the restaurant.

This is a 3 star hotel at best. Room was very dated. Brown tap water. Stained wallls, wires hanging from the ceiling and a sofa that had a stain so bad I couldn’t even use it. I contacted the hotel multiple times and they never even responded even when I said I have a future reservation coming up I was going to cancel. In addition upon check in I was told breakfast was complimentary and then told it was $15 a day upon checkout. Needless to say I cancelled my future reservation. I have pictures I wish I could attach

Nice hotel with an excellent location
Overall my experience at this hotel was good, this is a small hotel with a very good location in a very nice neighborhood. small details with the bathroom that need to be fix but the room was nice and comfortable, breakfast is good but it could better.

This is a nice property that is already a bit dated. The atmosphere is that of an apartment, not a hotel, actually. Aside from a small breakfast facility and a boring bar, it’s just a place to sleep.

Internet does not reach the inside of the rooms - we had 2 different rooms. The kitchen was ill equiipped - 1 plate, 1 spoon, 2 forks. The hotel is clean and the staff was nice, although they lied about the internet routers for over a week. Location is nice, breakfast is average, bar is plain, gym is very adecúate
