This gorgeous mountain home includes three levels of premium comfort and a location 10 miles from Lake Blue Ridge, so get ready to spend your next vacation in luxury and convenience! The main level living area features high, vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and beautiful tree views just past the spacious and furnished balcony. The living room has comfortable furniture and a wood-burning fireplace that extends to the ceiling - ideal for adding a welcoming ambiance to your next dinner party. The family chef will find everything needed to put together an amazing meal in the full kitchen, equipped with a double oven, a French-door refrigerator, and plenty of counter space. The dining table has six chairs and there is lots of seating on the balcony for a delightful brunch or a family barbecue with the gas grill located on the screened porch, along with an outdoor gas fireplace.

Kids of all ages will love the combination Ping-Pong/pool table and foosball table in the downstairs game room, board games and a bookshelf with fun toys are also provided. After a good hot-weather hike, use the washer/dryer to knock out all your dirty clothes while you watch your favorite shows or DVD movies on the TV. Complimentary WiFi (SpaceX STARLINK) adds convenience, while the central air-conditioning and six ceiling fans will ensure the home stays nice and cool during your stay. Spend an evening gathered around the home's firepit for an evening of roasted 'smores and good conversation. Have a little work to catch up on while you're here? The home includes a convenient desk, chair, and whiteboard on the first floor, ideal for finalizing those last-minute projects. When it's time to wrap it up for the night, you'll have four bedrooms to take advantage of, plus extra sleeping accommodations in the loft.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
