This place is a little bit out of the way (if visiting Bilbao) but is only a 15 minute metro to the centre. The staff were lovely, the food delicious and the room big and well equiped. The pool sounds as though it could do with repair as the sound of a bubbling drain was not the nicest to listen to all day, however this is a lovely hotel.

Good hotel but not too close to ferry port

It's 20 minutes to ferry port, so still a bit of a journey. Great reception staff. Great bar staff, who googled bloody Mary's and made a great one . Tea and coffee making facilities , but unfortunately no coffee! Can't comment on breakfast as the ferry was delayed so decided to leave at 6 am and travel by car.
