"we had two nights at this famous hotel and really enjoyed our stay. we are belmond ancmd fairmont members and felt this hotel was up with the well known hotels. the polo lounge was excellent and vladimir really made us feel welcome at the bar. dinner was excellent as well, even after being told not to photograph friends with a fashion designer, we totally understood and apologized, though i was not in it 🙂...another shout out is to the woman from canada that checked us in and showed us to our superb room...i'm sorry i can't remember her name"
