We had a massive issue during our stay. Our room door would not lock, staff took no action at first and then when we raised it again they could not fix the door. We had no time to switch rooms as we were busy from early morning until late in the evening our entire trip. To top it off our safe stopped working the day before our check-out. So, we had a room door that would not lock plus a safe that did not work. This is completely unacceptable and we'd like to request a full refund on this room. Best regards, Mark and Brieon Marais

Decent property, although bathroom could have been cleaner. Staff at front desk and dining area were excellent, both helpful and friendly. You should commend them. Peaking at $22 for a Saturday was unduly costly.

The first room we received the spread should not have been on any room. The desk clerk was very nice and our room was changed. The next room wasn’t much better. Heat was great and so was the view. The tub was slow to drain. For the price and the extra $30 to park, we won’t be back. No impressed at all.😟
