A perfect recipe for a great vacation is having good company in a great location! Welcome to the Private Oasis. A rare find in Ocean Pines, where you and your family can enjoy so much of what the area has to offer in addition to your very own private pool. This home provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for 11, so invite your entire family and begin to create the memories that will last a lifetime. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king size bed. The other 3 spacious bedrooms are located on the second level. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to plan a lovely meal which can be enjoyed in one of two dining areas. There's also an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill which makes entertaining a breeze. Head to beach and the Ocean City boardwalk for some fun in the sun with nearby kayak, boat, and jet ski rentals. After a long day at the beach, spread out and relax in the media room and watch a great movie or head out back and relax along the pool side. Pool will be open from May 11th - October 5th of 2024. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. No Smoking. Bed Sizes: K, Q, 8 T, QSS. 4 TVs. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. Cancellation fee will apply. MUST SIGN POOL WAIVER. Pool Towels NOT provided.

House was as described. Very clean. My only suggestion is that somewhere you state that renters need to get propane tanks filled and then take the receipt to the office for refund. That would save guests calling office when tank is empty. We were not sure of procedure so we had to wait till office opened Monday. Would definitely rent again.

Cute house, clean, great location
House just as described—clean, updated kitchen and appliances. Good amount of space for a large group. Great location—easy access to OC & into Bethany Beach Delaware. We had some maintenance issues with the AC that was fixed promptly. Management responsive quickly. Super cute house and decor. Only downfalls—outdoor fridge didn’t work (which was hard to have just one fridge with a large group), & pool was chilly this time of year with a lot of surrounding trees/shade. Overall though a great stay & would stay again!!

Great weekend getaway
The house was perfect for a little getaway, the pool is awesome and the layout was perfect for 2 families with small kids - the bunk room is tucked away so we never had to worry about noise when the kids went to bed. Check in and out involves collecting and returning keys to the rental agency, which is fine, but I’m used to the ease of smart locks! I also found the house was very bare bones in terms of kitchen supplies specifically. We picked up some paper plates as there was only China and we didn’t want the little kids to break them!

Perfect vacation spot
Great, quiet neighborhood. Terrific pool. Plenty of room for the entire extended family. All conveniences of home with upgraded amenities. Safe biking roadways. Experienced a few glitches which the property manager personally and quickly resolved. Definitely will stay there again. Entire family loved the place.

Great Stay
The house and location were great. We had space for everyone and the amenities were close to what was outlined. We did have an issue with full trash bins being left by the previous renters, the propane not being filled or connected to a line as stated. The pool and deck are in need of some repair and there was an issue with the pool close to overflowing due to rain. We called the property manager a couple of times but no one came. Overall our experience was great and we would rent again.

Best Rental in the Area ... Better than the Pictures Show
Our family totally loved this property. We enjoyed a week-long self isolation stay in June of 2020 with 2 grandparents, 2 daughters & their husbands, and 3 grandchildren (2 elementary school age and 1 infant). There was room for every ... with more room left over. We all felt it was the best property we had ever rented. The owners have taken very good care of this property and it shows. First, the house itself if really nice ... better than it looks in the photos, and very clean (even sanitized toilets with the paper strips across the seat ... kids loved that)! The linen package it also has very high quality / absorbent towels ... not the paper-thin type at most rentals. Second, the neighborhood is really nice and quiet ... we enjoyed quite a few evening walks and bike rides. Finally, the pool is wonderful. Large, clean, & supplied with lots of pool toys/floats. Just make sure the filter bag is hooked onto the automated pool cleaner which runs about 3-4 hours every day (other it doesn't clean the water). We also loved the outside grill & ate out on the pool deck/patio several nights. Overall, we thank the owners for letting us stay at their home near the beach and really appreciate how clean and comfortable it was, and how safe we felt enjoying our family time there. You won't go wrong renting this place and we hope to be back again soon.

Perfect House
The house was perfect for what we needed, time away from life. Our annual golf trip might have a house location. The house was clean and modern and just right for our group of 8. We had an issue with the ice maker and they cake right over to fix it.

It was nice clean and location was great.
Everything was great, but 1 thing I was not pleased with was when management comes to the house and in the middle of the day and tells me if I’m not gonna be compliant with the rules you and you family will get kicked out. So I said I’m sorry did any of us do anything wrong. She said no I just want to let you know that..... I think that this is rude and unprofessional.

Overall nice stay, pool, and location. The carpets were terribly dirty and the pool wasn’t cleaned.
The home is nice and works for a nice location not to far from with a pool and not to far from OC. The major things that lack here was the attention to detail on cleanliness and things that needed to be fixed. For the amount of what’s being asked to rent this house for a week, should not show these underlying issues. Carpets were so dirty, I had to scrub areas when you first walk in the home. The kitchen faucet was missing a screen where the water comes out, so everytime you used it the water went everywhere. The pool was not cleaned when we arrived and didn’t get cleaned until 4 days later after multiple requests. The pool area and back grounds lack cleanliness and care. Outside cushions were dirty and chairs were broken. The grill didn’t fully worked and was so dirty the grease caught the food on fire. The pool has rust at the bottom and there are pool tiles being secured by duck tape. Outside of these issues, everything out was fine.

The house and neighbor was amazing , exactly as advertised . Beautifully decorated and well laid out .The only negative was that the landscaper showed up as well as the pool company and no notice was given , particularly the pool company startled us by interrupting our pool time , notice would have been nice . The prior renter left trash under the kitchen sink which we didn’t discover for a few days and we had a fly problem in the house because of this even after we removed the trash the flies remained . We purchased fly strips but it didn’t help much . Overall we loved our experience and will rent the house again

This property wasn’t very clean. The floors were dirty, we had ants and the pool was filthy upon arrival. The rental company was accommodating and sent over the pool company to clean it. The outdoor furniture was also filthy. The pool cannot be used after 9pm which was a disappointment assuming due to noise as the property is very tight to the neighbors. Pool tiles were loose and there was duck tape on side of pool to cover a sharp edge. It needs some maintenance, some updates and wasn’t worth the price.

If you are looking for an accommodating house and you are okay with being about 20 minutes from the Boardwalk this house is perfect! This house was beautiful and the private pool was a nice plus! This house is in an area where the majority of people live in Pine permanently so late nights at the pool are not appreciated!
