We arrived to an extremely dirty home, with 10 people, and none of the TV’s in the home worked, a noise running toilet, one bed frame was broken, a cooktop with 2 burners that worked, and dirty rugs that were major trip hazards. Limited # of bath and kitchen towels, I feel bad for the home owners, because this was a great home in a great location, but the management company “Arrived” is clearly not great. We reported all the issues and were promised a repair and cleaning person would arrive the second day of our 6 day visit. Unfortunately no one showed, and no one communicated a change in schedule. The next day, I emailed Arrived and was told they would send somebody to work on the broken stuff, no mention of a cleaning person. “Arrived” appears to be a large management company with very poor communication, and no accountability for the promises they make, every communication felt like the first time we had contacted them. The day before we checked out I received an email/text from someone who was involved day one, asking if our issues had been resolved…….
VRBO who we booked through needs to start managing the management companies, I’m reluctant to book another home unless I understand the management companies reviews as well as the home in general, if I could review Arrived this would be a 0, I’m being generous because the home was very nice and in a great location
