This updated Sunriver townhome has a private hot tub, golf-course views, and comfortable living spaces!
Located on the north end of Sunriver, it has an amazing view of the Woodlands Golf Course. The Village at Sunriver is three miles away, and both Bend and Mt. Bachelor are close enough for day trips.
The living area and wood-burning fireplace is upstairs along with a dining room and full kitchen with breakfast bar. A coffee maker helps you perk up in the morning, and there's a dishwasher to cut down on cleaning time. If you need inspiration, log onto the WiFi and find a recipe.
Outside on the deck is the gas grill and a lovely outdoor space to enjoy food and the view. The hot tub is large and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes in the winter or a day of biking in the summer!
The master bedroom, upstairs, has a king bed. Downstairs is a queen bedroom with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two twins, making this home ideal for up to six guests. There are two and a half bathrooms as well as a washer and dryer, so it's a great place for longer stays.
Head to the Deschutes river for kayaking and canoeing, or to fish for supper. Play 18 holes of golf right outside, or get a massage at Sage Springs Spa for ultimate relaxation. There are eight passes to SHARC provided for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
