Appreciate the modern updates designed by a Feng Shui expert, gas fireplace and all the comforts of home away from home. If you have some work to do while visiting, take advantage of the office space setup on the 2nd level, equipped with desk and printer.

Love this place

Great house great location Some frustrations one big ones hat was addressed immediately not their fault. Other issues bathroom upstairs on master both sinks clogged. The kitchen sink faucet handle is broken. Kitchen stocking is poor. It gets worse every year but it is what it is. I would love it if they could at least stock a spatula. Overall it’s an absolutely great house and we come back once or twice a year and I’ve been doing so for the last five years so everything I say with a green ass assault because it really is a good place

Just what we needed in Bend

House had just what we needed for a few family days. Walking access to Pilot Butte hiking was just right. Neighbors are very close but it wasn’t a problem.

Weekend in Bend

We went to Bend for the weekend to see a concert. Natalie is Bend a great place to go but staying at this property was not only a great experience, but it was an excellent value. If I ever came back to Bend, I would certainly want to stay and highly recommend staying at this property.

Amazing property & location

From check in to check out, our experience was seamless! This is a wonderful property that is super clean, modern amenities, comfortable bedding, and close to everything you want to do while in Bend. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet, with a spectacular hot tub to relax in after a day of hiking or shopping. Great AC, hot showers, and TV with all your favorites apps to wind down. The property manager checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable and all are needs were met during our stay. We would definitely stay here again! This is a property that will exceed your expectations!

Lovely home

Beautifully decorated, spacious and quiet home, kitchen stocked with everything needed for home cooked meals. Bedrooms/Bathrooms clean and supplied as well. Great location steps from Pilot Butte. Great communication with property mgmt, very accommodating.

Would Not Stay Here Again

As a family, we would not stay here again, for multiple reasons. The biggest issue is that the neighbor has a camera shooting directly at the house, which makes you feel like you are being watched 24/7. While I understand the neighbors can do what they want, but you have zero privacy. You don't know what the neighbors are doing with the camera, so for that reason alone, we would NOT stay here again. Other reasons, the house really isn't dog friendly. There are no TV's in the kids rooms. There wasn't really anything special about this house as a vacation rental to us compared to other houses we have stayed at.

Beautiful home in a great location..

We were in Bend for a long weekend of basketball tournaments. This home was centrally located, close to food carts and downtown but on a very quiet cul-de-sac tucked up against Pilot Butte. Incredibly clean and beautifully updated. We would definitely book Parkview again.

Great visit.

We had a great time, wish the weather would have been a little nicer, but that has nothing to do with the property. Property is very nice and clean. Our kids loved it. We liked the location so close to Pilot Butte. Would definitely go back!

Great home and location

We loved this beautiful home and the location so close to the great little park next door at Pilot Butte, and its many pleasant trails. We made the 500-foot climb to the great lookout at the top of the Butte every day, sometimes more than once! The home is in impeccable condition and spotlessly clean. Note that there is one television, in the living room. Also one small suggestion: The owners may want to stock a few kitchen and household staples -- such as tissues, kitchen plastic wrap, foil, some basic seasonings and other standard items. This is not a big deal, but could be one small way of making a wonderful rental home even more inviting.

Awesome property

We absolutely love it here. It is our second time and we will be back. Beautifully decorated comfortable great location. Comfortable beds. Only complaint is the kitchen is to random. It would honestly benefit from a little investment to get some better quality pots and pans knives and some basic spices like salt pepper olive oil. Literally a small investment at Costco will make this house beyond perfect t. Either way we will be back in just bring my stuff since I knew this from last ti E.

Terrific Bend Getaway!

Jess was fantastic to work with - our stay was terrific! The house is absolutely spotless. Conveniently located. We started everyday hiking Pilot Butte as a trail starts at the house next door. It was wonderful to relax at the end of each day in the hot tub. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for our family. Super modern and spacious with high ceilings. Close to a park and trail system which we were able to use for biking. Adjacent to crested butte which you can run or hike up and has great views. Close to everything in Bend. Wish it hadn’t been so warm otherwise could have used the hot tub!
